What we collect
When you book a lesson we collect the student name, email address, optional phone number, country, preferred lesson date and time, and any message you send us. When you apply to tutor we collect the details you enter in the application form.
How we use it
We use your information only to arrange and deliver lessons, process payments, confirm bookings and reply to enquiries. Tutor applications are used to assess and contact applicants.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. For M-PESA and bank payments we store the transaction reference you give us so we can match your payment.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the tutor teaching your lesson and with the service providers that host our website, database and payment processing.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing globaltutors26@gmail.com.
