Bookings
A booking is a request for a specific date and time. It is confirmed once payment is received (PayPal) or verified by our team (M-PESA and bank payments). We will contact you if the requested slot is unavailable.
Payment
Lesson prices are shown in USD and are payable before the lesson. M-PESA and bank payments remain pending until confirmed.
Rescheduling and cancellations
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full. If we cancel a lesson, you receive a full refund or a replacement session.
Lessons
Lessons run for 60 minutes on Google Meet or Zoom. Group lessons hold up to 5 students. Students are expected to join on time with a working internet connection.
Learning materials
Notes, past papers and assignments provided are for personal study only and may not be resold or redistributed.
